Tooling Capabilities
Our in-house tooling department has the ability to manufacture a wide range of tooling and fixtures.
- Steel molds for high volume LPO
- Aluminum molds for low and medium volume LPO
- Plastic molds for casting, potting and encapsulation
- Silicone molds for prototypes and under-cut parts
- Epoxy tooling for vacuum forming equipment
- Vacuum Form Trays for product handling and packaging
Tooling Services
Consultation
Review your project and specify processes and materials to get your product to the market most efficiently without under-performing.
Design & Drawings
We can take your sketches and turn them into 3-dimentional objects along with the corresponding mold drawings. These drawings will be forwarded to you so that you are able to send them out to local machine shops for quoting. Or you always have the option of using our in-house tooling department to start on your project immediately.
Transfer Tooling
Even if we are not doing the molding we would be happy to make your tooling and ship it to you or your supplier.
Tooling Validation
Included in the mold manufacturing process, we validate all of our tooling prior to sending your project into production. The validation process eliminates any unnecessary shipping and/or additional set up.
